Acrobatic Arts Module 1 & 2

Miss Mikayla is back at All 4 One for another amazing season! Mikayla has been dancing since the young age of 4, studying in various styles of dance including: tap, ballet, jazz, lyrical, musical theatre, hip hop, contemporary, pointe, acrobatics and tumbling.

Mikayla began competing at the age of 6 and immediately fell in love with the stage! She is known for her strength, passion and emotional connection to her dancing. Mikayla has been recognized with numerous special awards and scholarships over the years, both from competitions and conventions. In 2019, Mikayla was part of the World Performers Team Canada which travelled to Portugal. Mikayla performed as part of two tap groups, a tap trio, contemporary group and jazz group, bringing home: 1 gold, 1 silvers, and 1 bronze. 

Mikayla has also been an active participant in the theatre world, showcasing her talents as a dancer, singer, and actor. She has preformed at the Petrolia Playhouse Theatre in the producations of "Hogan's Hoedown" in 2019 and "Oil Rush" in 2024. 

In 2021, Miss Mikayla successfully received her Associate Membership with the B.A.T.D. after an intense year of preparation. Most recently, she acquired her Acrobatic Arts Module 1 and 2 Teaching Certifications as well. Outside of dance, Mikayla has completed her undergraduate degree in Human Ecology and will be attending Teachers College at Western University in September.

Mikayla is looking forward to continuing to perform with the competitive team as well as continuing her teaching and choreography experience with the dancers at All 4 One.
