CONDITIONING

Work on increasing stamina, core and upper body strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness in this 45 minute class.

 

Ideal and recommended for competitive dancers in all genres.

 

Class is open to dancers ages 12 and up. Come with a towel and water bottle and be ready to sweat.

 

Bare feet and dance paws required.

 

Some barre work, partner work, resistance band work incorporated.

 

There is NO recital performance for this class.
